Owning is generally more expensive at the beginning and less expensive over time.

 

When you have a job, you get to rent it.

When you have clients, you get to own your job.

 

Lawyers who have a job, get to work in the business.

Lawyers who have clients, get to work on the business.

 

The big difference between owning and renting is equity.

People who own there home, car and job usually have more security than those who rent.
